We do offer a resume writing service. We can assist you in upgrading your resume, re formatting, tidying and re wording your resume. However we do not offer position specific resume writing or selection criteria services.

In short…YES! All our candidates are reference checked whether it is for temporary work or any permanent positions you are applying for. It is important that you give us permission.

You most certainly can! We welcome most Visa holders to apply for casual hospitality positions with us. You will need to provide a copy of your Visa & Passport at your interview so we can check the validity.

Unfortunately most of our Clients are looking for long term employees when it comes to permanent positions. However, sometimes, the right person comes along and we have a fit! So you may apply, but please don’t be disappointed if your application is rejected.

You must inform Staffing Solution if you have been offered employment with any host employer you have been contracted to.

Unfortunately we can’t offer Visa extensions or Visa Sponsorships. However, if you are applying for your 2nd year Visa and have completed Hospitality work with Staffing Solution, then we can sign this work off on the Employment Verification Form 1263

Working for us is no different to working anywhere else! It’s highly recommended that you can provide your own transport for work. If we have temporary assignments outside of the CBD – then transport MAY be provided.

We only charge a placement fee when your vacancy that has been filled successfully. (This applies for Permanent placements only)

All of our suitable applicants are reference checked for both full time and temporary positions. Reference checks for applicants can be supplied on request.

All staff employed by Staffing Solution under go an in depth interview process, staff with skills testing in both practical and theory to ensure that they have met the industry requirements. Our consultants can then determine each staff members skill set and place them into the appropriate jobs.

This is great! On many occasions we find our temps to be outstanding and fit into your team so well that clients would like to engage them for their business. Please discuss with us, for a small fee we can transition from temp to perm.

Staffing Solution are experienced with the supply of staff in not only remote locations but also for popular festivals, sporting events and have also been involved in the staffing for defence forces in remote camps. We run our Pop up offices anywhere that is required, bringing a team of onsite consultants, managers and supervisors to ensure that your staffing requirements are met.
