Franca Forde is not your typical Boss with a background of 53 years in the Hospitality industry. At 18 years old she started managing apartments, hotels and resorts.
She held her first hotel license at the age of 21 and opened Staffing Solution 29 years ago.
She has a team of staff behind her, that believe in her mission and strive every day to make sure the staff and clients of Staffing Solution feel we are the first choice for staffing in Australia. She is a down to Earth woman who unwinds by walking her dogs and having a glass of red.
Please don’t ask her when she is retiring as she always says “it won’t be until I stop loving what I do”.

LAUREN-JANE DIXON

FINANCIAL CONTROLLER

Lauren-Jane may be young, but what she lacks in age she makes up for in her experience and enthusiasm. Having conquered the world of Finance for the past 9 years, she is now a Financial Controller here at Staffing Solution. She has achieved a lot of things in her 4 years working here and strives to learn and understand more day by day. Lauren-Jane is extremely loyal and loves to travel so when she isn’t here you can find her exploring the world.

JOMS UY

CONSULTANT PERMANENT DIVISION

Joms just loves building relationships with people, and learning what really makes them tick. With this passion, coupled with her commitment in sourcing top quality talents, she ensures best possible outcome for both clients and candidates. Her recruitment career started in the IT and Finance sector recruiting for clients in the Asia Pacific. Her move to Australia side tracked her to build a successful remittance and payments company. Now, she is bringing her experience in sales and marketing, business development and managing medium sized business back to recruitment. As she continues her career with us at Staffing Solution, Joms is excited in playing her part in growing the Permanent Division and in serving old and new clients alike.

When she’s not recruiting, she loves to spend time with her family and enjoy reading books on finance, entrepreneurship, and personal development.

LINDA MORRIS

CONSULTANT TEMPORARY DIVISION

Born in United Kingdom spent childhood travelling with family around the world (Father in RAF).  Finally settled in Cairns with family where I secured a position in Airline Catering.  Hospitality has been my life and I love to assist others to realise a special experience in Cairns.

Outside of work I enjoy helping at Aloomba school where my daughter teaches.  I am a Basketball Referee for Senior Grades and when I have any spare time you will find me baking pasties or sewing a dress or two.

BIANCA TOGOLO

BDO / CONSULTANT

Bianca comes with 20 years experience in the Hospitality Industry here in Cairns. She has a strong F&B background, experience in Housekeeping, Events and was also Corporate Sales Manager at one of our Cairns’ 5 star city properties. Bianca has a Bachelors Degree in Business, Majoring in International Tourism from JCU Cairns. She took a short break from hospitality, and has just returned after spending nearly 5 years in Port Moresby PNG, where she held various Management positions in Media, Freight & Logistics and Steel Manufacturing & Supply businesses. Bianca joined our team in November 2017 and possesses a great understanding of our clients expectations and providing staff that best fit their organisation. Given her experience in Hospitality, Bianca also demonstrates a strong consideration for our Staff. Away from the office Bianca enjoys gardening, swimming and ‘socialising’ with her flossy posse.

BARRON HODSMAN

BDO/CONSULTANT

Barron has been in the Hospitality industry for close to 15 years now, starting out as a young trainee and working his way up to manage hotels. He also has a strong background in marketing, promotions & events; and runs his own events and entertainment company. Barron spent 2018 running a large beach resort in the Philippines and now joins us back here in Cairns to continue his career in paradise. He is a real people’s person that loves getting to know our clients and goes to great effort to ensure their expectations are fulfilled. In his spare time, you may spot him out and about socializing, hosting a trivia night somewhere or even organizing karaoke.

ALENA KOLAROVA

OFFICE COORDINATOR

Ali has been in the Hospitality industry since she was only 3 years old, when her family established a family owned and run hotel and restaurant in the Czech Republic in 1991 that has been operating since. She was lucky to be trained as a F&B attendant by her father who was a chief waiter of a Prime Minister during his military service. Ali has always loved the buzz of the hospitality Industry and enjoyed the variety of it. In her free time, Ali dedicates time to her Musical Event Planning company as she is a big music geek and has been doing music since 7 years of age. She also loves spending time with her family down the beach by the ocean and dreaming of the big adventures that are to come.
