The Client

This client is a construction company located in the Tablelands Far North Queensland, with core businesses in many civil projects in the region. Aiming to be at the forefront in the industry, the company is aiming to build the team and improve on the company’s core support.

The Role:

This company is committed in bringing the best practices in their civil construction projects. They achieve this through putting their team improvement, and company’s system and procedures at the forefront of their priorities. You will be an accounts and HR person; and can utilize all extensive skills on your area of responsibility to achieve their main goal and best practices. This position will encompass a variety of tasks in payroll and accounts payable.

You will also organise other administration tasks deemed necessary

Minimum Qualifications:

  • With at least 2-3 years’ experience in accounts, admin or HR with a touch of accounts payable and payroll and/or bookeeping
  • Exposure and keen understanding of payroll processing and accounts payment
  • Excellent communication and people skills and proven experience communicating in a professional manner throughout previous workplaces
  • Experience in same industry a plus
