With world class service coupled with million-dollar accommodation and facilities, you will be part of a superstar team who will deliver personalized and extraordinary experience for clienteles.
Through flavours of local and international cuisines, your team will deliver high standard food creations and to be complemented with personalized and customer focused front of house service.
We are looking for:
Chef De Cuisine
Pastry Chefs – Sous Chef and Chef De Partie
Chef De Partie (Multiple positions)
Demi Chefs and Commi Chefs (multiple positions)
To be successful in this role:
You will be trade qualified in Certificate III (Commercial Cookery) with A la carte knowledge and excellent Food Safety and HACCP principles. You will have the appreciation of delivering an outstanding dining experience, a creative flair which allows you to experiment with new techniques, giving you the opportunity to develop your skills. The successful applicants will have a passion for cooking & take pride in their work & enjoy being part of the team. These are live on positions with board and lodging at a subsidized rate with food included. Leadership roles may get free accommodation
SKILLS & EXPERIENCE
Trade qualifications are essential
Experience and confidence in all sections of the kitchen
Live cooking (for some of roles) is desired
Excellent communication and be able to work well in a team
Experience within Lunch & Dinner service
Strong WH&S and food safety awareness
Longevity in past roles
A genuine passion for your trade
Must be happy to live on Island
