We are looking for a sous chef who will act as a team leader for a busy pub style venue in the Northern Beaches area.
You will need to have passion and creativity to lead the team for a high volume of clientele. Working closely with the team from prep to execution of daily volume, you will be working alongside the head chef in making sure you operate smoothly and with the highest quality of service possible .
SKILLS & EXPERIENCE
Leadership in developing and delivering through a small team
Knowledge of wide range of cooking practices
Trade qualifications are essential
Strong WH&S and food safety awareness
Roster and food cost experience
Must be available days, nights, weekends and split shifts on a rotating roster.
