Staffing Solution is currently recruiting experienced highly motivated Sous Chef for a busy venue in the heart of Townsville!

To be successful in this role you will be trade qualified in Certificate III or IV (Commercial Cookery) with leading a team in a commercial kitchen experience and excellent Food Safety and HACCP principles.

The successful applicants will have a passion for cooking & take pride in their work & enjoy leading a team of passionate chefs.

SKILLS & EXPERIENCE:

Leadership in developing and delivering through a small team

Knowledge of wide range of cooking practices

Trade qualifications are essential

Strong WH&S and food safety awareness

Roster and food cost experience

Must be available days, nights, weekends and split shifts
