The Role:

This company is committed to bringing the best practices in their large marine projects. They achieve this through putting their team improvement, and company’s system and procedures at the forefront of their priorities. You will be an HR generalist and can utilize all extensive skills on your area of responsibility to achieve the their main goal and best practices. This position will encompass a variety of HR challenges but will focus on Legislation, Policy & Procedures and Role Descriptions.

You will also organise the current HR processes and identify gaps in the current HR functions to drive the necessary changes and implementation of human resources policies

Minimum Qualifications:

  • With at least 2-3 years’ experience within the HR career
  • Exposure and keen understanding of legal obligations of the company
  • Exposure and keen understanding of Role descriptions
  • Exposure and keen understanding of Policy and Procedures
  • Excellent communication and people skills and proven experience communicating in a professional manner throughout previous workplaces
  • Outstanding knowledge of MS Office and data entry
  • Experience in same industry a plus
  • Experience in Kronos and Reccon a plus
