One of the iconic venues in the heart of Tablelands is looking for a highly motivated and passionate Assistant Venue Manager to help lead their team.
And a famous bar and restaurant is looking for a Venue manager at Port Douglas!
Our clients, who take pride on its front of house operations and their excellent food and beverage standards, is looking for the perfect candidate to deliver customer service to the company’s standards.
Asst venue Manager – Tablelands
Reporting to the Venue Manager, you will be responsible for the front of house operations – including pub style restaurant, gaming room and a hotel. You will be part of a supportive and friendly key management people who will lead the team in day to day operations, team development, sales and marketing, functions, OHS and gaming compliance.
Venue Manager – Port Douglas
Reporting to the business owners, you will be the responsible for general operations and the leader in all aspects of the bar/restaurant. deally have previous experience with TAB, Keno & Pokies

To be successful in this position, you will be required to demonstrate competence in operations management, business planning, sales growth strategy, cost control, stock management and staff supervision.
You must also possess:
RMLV and manager’s license
At least 2 years’ experience in the same role or seniority in a front of house role ie Restaurant Manager, Gaming Manager or Food and Beverage Manager
Excellent communication skills
A passion for your industry
Experience in TAB, Keno and Pokies are preferred!
