Meet our Staff

Franca Forde

Franca Forde

Owner / Director
Franca has worked in the recruitment industry since 1964, and has managed 32 hotels in that time, from small family motels to a 440 Unit Resort.  In 1979, she relocated to Cairns to run a local hotel, however having experienced
the shortage of skilled staff in the region, started the Black and White Brigade in 1989, later to become Staffing Solution. Her role in the company today is to source potential sites of acquisition so that the Staffing Solution business model can spread throughout the state.

Senior Consultant - Cairns
Chris has worked with us for over 10 years and stands as a solid member of the Staffing Solution team. She has in-depth knowledge of our business including both client and candidate requirements. Chris has worked in Hospitality for over
20 years from Frontline Staff to Management including Conference and Events Management.  Chris is our Senior Consultant looking after our Temporary staff department and Permanent Hospitality placements. Chris brings a huge wealth of Knowledge and Experiences to the Workplace.  Whatever your staffing requirements are you can rest assured Chris will have the perfect insight to all your industry questions and answers. She is a much valued asset to the company.

Lyndall Williams

Manager - Business Development
Lyndall has returned to Cairns and joined the friendly team at Staffing Solution after 10 years spent  in  Recruitment and Training  of Apprentices and trainees  and people with Disabilities on the Sunshine Coast.  Previous to this Lyndall set up Cairns
Retail Skills Centre providing  high quality  trained staff to the Cairns business community.  With her professional manner and knowledge of superior customer service Lyndall will promote and develop business relationships in her new role as Business Development Manager  with Staffing Solution.

Financial Controller
Lauren is an extraordinary young woman with vast knowledge and experience in Finance. Lauren has joined us here at Staffing Solution as our Financial Controller. Lauren has worked in Finance for the past 8 years starting out in the Finance Department
at her local Church Charity and an Indigenious Health Service. Lauren is extremely quick at picking up skills. She is a massive asset to the Staffing Solution Company.

Gemma Eldridge

Gemma has commenced in the role of Receptionist at Staffing Solution Born and bred in Cairns, Gemma originally started a career as a beautician but soon discovered her passion was in reception  and administration work. Gemma has been with us
since the beginning of 2015 and strives to satisfy all clients and staff to the best of her ability. With Gemma’s skills including outstanding customer service, excellent computer skills and a pleasant phone manner, she brings the willingness to tackle new challenges on a daily basis. Gemma is our friendly “meet and greet” face at reception who greets our clients and staff as they arrive at  our office on Grafton Street. Gemma’s role at Staffing Solution has given her great delight in assisting people with their employment opportunities and she receives satisfaction in applying her skills and knowledge to help both Staffing Solution and the customer base they attend to.

Sarah moved over to Townsville from Darwin 8 years ago she has been working in the hospitality industry for over 15 years. Since being in Townsville she has worked along side the Australian Defence force in management, Sarah managed a
variety of catering events for the Australian Defence Force including formal regimental dinners and functions for high ranking Officers including Chief of the Australian Army and international VIPs. Sarah has an extensive hands on knowledge with recruiting and is passionate about putting the right people in the right position. Sarah is a big believer in hard work and loyalty so you know she will always be there to help you with your staffing needs.

Sorelle has extensive hospitality experience, spaning over 20years. From her first job as a waitress she loved the dynamics of the hospitality industry and worked her way up to becoming Function Coordinator/Sales, for upmarket establishments in Sydney. Sorelle also has
had extensive experience in supervising and managing the day to day running of Restaurants, Café and Functions. As a change in her early 30’s she worked in Recruitment for the health care sector, where she drew from her coordination skill from many years of working in hospitality. Now she has the balance of hospitality and recruitment with Staffing Solution. Sorelle and her family moved to Townsville in 2014 as a lifestyle choice and they are loving the NQ way of life.

Georgina Moller

Georgina Moller

Receptionist
Georgina joins us from a rural background in the Northern Territory and the mining town of Mount Isa. She completed her schooling years in Mount Isa and a year at the Longreach Pastoral College. She has tackled nine months as
an apprentice butcher before going into a administration role in hospitality and the automotive industry. Georgina has been with us a short while and in that time has proven she is an asset to Staffing Solution.
